My fondest memories of AM radio are listening to Red Sox games growing up in the 80s, and listening to Art Bell late at night while delivery pizza in the early-90s. Too bad AM radio is now dominated by Limbaughians and other pea-brains.

AM 850 KOA out of Denver comes in just fine at night here in SoCal if you care at all about the Rockies.

Vimal, it sounds more like a loosening of restrictions so more stations can crosstalk over one another; I don't see how that would improve the AM band..
