I like the look of the white hands better than the red. Also, I like the bezel on the 35 better. Unless there's a big mechanical difference, I actually like the less expensive one better.

The difference is in the title: the first is imperial (feet), the second metric (meters) on the inner bezel - that's it, I think.
Otherwise they're exactly the same - the same specifications.
