I'm missing my Seiko Sumo, which I've sold twice, and growing bored with my Orient Saturation Diver. I thought of wearing my OSD to work tomorrow and I put it on, set it, wound it, and was feeling blah or rather like I was bored with it in spite of its amazing build quality.
A few days ago, I held it to my Citizen Grand Touring and I preferred the domed sapphire of the CGT as opposed to the rather flat sapphire on the OSD.
Now I'm wondering if I should sell what was once a Grail.
My guess is I'll fall in love with it again. These things go in cycles, as I've learned with the Sumo.

Here is Aeromatic's version of Jeff's Seiko Tuna. Pretty good knock-off, I'd say----and imitation is the sincerest form of flattery too!

"Watch ennui" - I like it.
Jeff, I hate to feed the neurosis but in some ways the Sumo was a better complement to the Tuna; while the OSD and Tuna are different enough, the Sumo and Tuna cover more territory together.
I'd wait on it, though.
