I can tell you from experience that being obsessed with radios and watches has taken up a lot, too much, real estate in my brain. These obsessions run in cycles and tend to ebb and flow.
My watch collection feels complete (for a week?), but experience tells me this sense of completeness can be disturbed by some grail that emerges out of the shroud.
I'm down to nine watches and it still feels like too many as every day when I go to work I "struggle" with choosing a watch, giving one the wrist time it deserves.
The Seiko Tuna, back on the rubber strap, seems more appealing than ever. The Omega Seamaster 50mm . . . Wait, that's a Deep Blue Depthmaster, a very large watch as you can see from the comparison shots with the Seiko SBBN017 Tuna.
My seven others:
EcoZilla
Orient M-Force with orange dial
Seiko Black Monster, second generation
Citizen Grand Touring
Benarus Moray Dart 44mm
Orient Saturation Diver
Seiko Sumo (in transit, third one, long story)
If the watches were a herd of wider beasts and there was a lion stalking----would the lion zero in on the Benarus as the one that could be picked off?

Crikey, that Deep Blue dwarfs the Tuna. I know it's partially an optical illusion as the Depthmaster is closer to the camera, making it look even bigger, but still.
Angelo, I'm guessing that--if you mean which watch would Jeff get rid of sooner than later--the Benarus would be one of the last half of the collection left.
Jeff, what's the current pecking order? Or, to use Angelo's analogy, (reverse) pick-off order?

Remember, it's not as easy as an order of value or even desirability. Jeff might decide to keep a "beater" (hard as it is to find one in this group). Something tells me the Benarus could be toppled if there was a want or need to sell something off. Then again, maybe I'm way off. EcoZilla?

Jeff,
I suspect your collection will be complete for less than a month.
That Deep Blue is gigantic. It makes the Tuna looks like a child's watch. According the Deep Blue web site, it's 49mm wide, 55mm tall and 19.5mm thick (if I'm reading the specs on the correct model). Probably fine for your Popeye arms, but way too big for my relatively twig-like arms.

Ah, I see what you mean. We need to hear from Jeff for that.
I just replied to you on my blog and it is hard to rank a pecking order because there's a difference between how much I like a watch and how much I wear it.

Gary, as I wrote some of that is optical illusion. If you take a picture of two watches and one is much higher off the surface then the other, the higher one will look much larger relatively speaking.
Jeff, of all your watches there are two that I'm jealous of and tempted to get: the Citizen Grand Touring and Seiko Tuna. I like them all, but those are the two that get me thinking.

Can a manly watch collection really be complete without a G-Shock? This looks to be a very strong buy:
