I was completely absorbed by Nightcrawler, a film about an ambitious young lad, Jake Gyllenhaal, who is completely without a moral rudder and is a vulnerable child crying out for a mother figure. However, I have to confess I kept wondering what kind of watch he was wearing. As reported on Watch-ID, it's a Breitling Chronomat.

Jake Gyllenhaal's career has taken a nice turn (I read that Forbes article). I haven't seen Nightcrawler yet, but he was great in Prisoners and Enemy was excellent, in my opinion - a powerful psychological portrait that may require reading the IMDB comments to really appreciate the full extent of what's going on.

His performance in Nightcrawler is a lifetime achievement. He reminded me of Robert DeNiro's Rupert Pupkin in The King of Comedy.
