It isn't a bad piece at all. I think Invicta does best when they are unapologetic and come up with their own designs, like this one, the Subaqua Specialty Reserves, and the Capsules. Fun, if over-the-top, watches.

My take on the Force Master 4831 is that it is large and bold with the magnifying globe on one hand but balances itself with the conservative Hamilton pilot watch styling on the other.

Do you know what movement they use in that? I like the watch a lot----I agree with you that while it's "Invicta" in size and some bold styling cues, there's a certain restraint they show this time with the band and face. It works.

Jeff, I think you're due for a pecking order post. I've lost track of what's in your collection.

herculodge

I think I have 12 watches now. I already have doubts about selling the OSD. I will probably keep it.

herculodge

A pecking order would be challenging because my moods are all over the place these days.

Gary

I guess this is the same model that you owned a few years ago. Man, that thing is BIG.

55mm. That must be your biggest watch.

herculodge

It's 52mm. 55mm with the crowns.

Angelo

It was a big Invicta weekend on ShopHQ. Tim Temple does a very good job----the other show hosts, not so great with watches.
