My external hard-drive didn't automatically store my photos so I may not be able to get them back after my 2008 iMac crashed yesterday. I'll take it to see if a cheap repair can be done with it tomorrow. Otherwise, a new photo bank will have to start. I was drawn to the manly shave tool of the Mercur razor alongside a Seiko Tuna, a Benarus Moray 44mm Dart and my Seiko FieldMaster SBDL021.

Typepad doesn't store your photos? I upload photos to Wordpress and usually delete them from my computer.
Another option is Photobucket, which is very useful.

For storing personal data on your computer offsite, cloud backup like Carbonite is good.

Photos are still on typepad but they're not photos; they're images. Photobucket is an excellent idea. iClouds is part of the new iMac so I hope I'm okay now.

On a different note, this must be one of the most ridiculous looking watches ever:

Another "jewel" from Invicta - the Hydromax. 29mm thick!

It's just another crappy forgery from that shameless company. In this case, they're ripping off the Rolex Deep Sea Challenge.

I didn't realize the Deep Sea Challenge was that big. I think the Deep Sea Dweller is what I had in mind, which is smaller (but still quite large).

The Deep Sea Challenge has to be that thick to get the 12000m water resistance rating.

RE: The Hydromax----I actually own that model. I think they were targeting Charmex more than Rolex.
