With a bezel of over 50mm and the 4R36 Sumo movement, the Seiko SRP655 looks like a must-buy Grail to me. It's just being released, so we should see it on eBay in the next month or so. I will be getting one eventually. Pricing? I'm going to guess between $400-$500.
