With a bezel of over 50mm and the 4R36 Sumo movement, the Seiko SRP655 looks like a must-buy Grail to me. It's just being released, so we should see it on eBay in the next month or so. I will be getting one eventually. Pricing? I'm going to guess between $400-$500.
Latest report is that the shroud appears to be made of ceramic or stainless steel (anything but plastic, please).
That the shroud is steel, not plastic, is also described here.
That one looks pretty good, Jeff. So, it's actually bigger than the shrouded Black Monster (SRP637)?
I know you don't like rubber straps. Would you replace it with a Strapcode black PVD Super Engineer II or Oyster?
I just wish Seiko would spend more time regulating their movements. Some 4R36 movements are accurate to 5-10 seconds per day, while others are off more than 20 seconds per day. My similar 4R37, which adds a 24 hour hand, is fast by 40 seconds per day.
The Citizen Grand Touring that I had briefly was only fast about 5 seconds per day, which is within COSC standards (-4/+6 seconds per day).

I think the old and new Sumo use a 6R15 movement.
Here's a recent review of the 50th anniversary Sumo.
