I can see how the Tuna torments a Watch Obsessive: Hardlex versus sapphire, and the almost unpardonable sin of having a quartz movement instead of automatic. Neither of those issues bother me, but I can understand why it gives a WO pause. Does changing the battery involve complicated service from Japan, or can a competent watch repair person do it?
The black rubber band on the SRP655 looks much, much better. What does bug me about that watch is the red surround on the indices. I had a "Dracula" Monster with similar coloring and eventually turned it over because I felt the red surrounds imparted a pinkish hue to the luminous paint inside the indices and hands. Oh well -- I hope I didn't ruin it for you.

No worries. I still like the 655 even with the red coloring. No problem.
The Tuna battery change is not a problem. The Darth Tuna though requires service in Japan.
