English 1A

Essay 1 is from Night.

Essays 2-5 from Acting Out Culture

English 1A is 5 Essays with a Blue Book Midterm and Final.

Your Final has Part I and Part II in the Blue Book.

5 1,400-word essays

2 500-word Blue Book essays

8,000 words total

Essays 1-4 are 100 points each for 400.

Final Essay 5 is 200 points.

Midterm and Final are 75 each for 150.

Total Points: 750

English 1C

Essay 1 is a comparison of Muscle and "The Overcoat."

Essays 2-4 from online essays.

English 1C has a Blue Book and a Final. They may be from your text From Critical Thinking to Argument.

Your Final has two parts for the last week.

Essays 1-3 are 100 points each for 300.

Final Essay 4 is 200.

Midterm and Final Blue Book are 75 each for 150.

650 total points
