One or more of the courses you are teaching this semester have been selected for SLO assessment. This semester, we are using the digital process to make SLO data collection more accurate and to eliminate paperwork.

To access your section, click on the link and follow the directions for filling out the data and writing brief comments at the end. Your comments are especially beneficial for the compilation of assessment reports!
When you are finished entering your data and comments, you are done! You do not need to "save" or "submit" anything, anywhere. However, it is highly recommended that you save a copy for your own records and backup! To do so, click on "File" on the upper left-hand corner, then "Download as," and then select the format of your choice to save onto your computer.
Please complete your form(s) no later than one (1) week after your final class meeting, no later than June 16.
