Dear Humanities Faculty,
We are almost to the end of the Spring: thank you for your hard work with our students this semester! Since we are almost done, I want to alert you to three items related to final grade submissions:
- FINAL GRADES: Final Grades should be submitted in MyECC by Friday, June 14. The link is under Self-Service Menu/Webadvisor for Faculty/Faculty Information/Grading.
- SUPPLEMENTAL DOCUMENTS: Faculty have two options for submitting Supplemental Documents (i.e., Supporting Documentation for Grades and Attendance Records), which are due on Thursday, June 20:
- Submit paper copies to Charlotte in the Division office; OR
- E-mail them to [email protected]. In the subject line, include: instructor last name, course name, and section number.
o Please copy Charlotte on this e-mail at [email protected].
o Please send one e-mail per course section.
- CLEARANCE SHEETS: You will receive a “Clearance Sheet” in your mailbox. You DO NOT need to fill this out. However, please attach it with your Supplemental Documents. If you are e-mailing your Supplemental Documents, this will require you to scan the Clearance Sheet and attach it to each e-mail.
